The 40th Symposium on “Sensors, Micromachines and Applied Systems” will be held at the LSI fab.
We will exhibit and introduce our research activities and the use and application of the LSI fab.
The LSI fab will be open to visitors from outside the Institute for research and development. Please feel free to drop by.
