Following a student of Toyohashi University of Technology winning an award at the **Tongali Business Plan Contest** and receiving the **Supporter Award from MUFG Bank**, **Executive Managing Officer Onodera and four other representatives of MUFG Bank** visited Toyohashi University of Technology on September 4, 2024, and toured the **LSI Factory** of the Institute for Research on Next-generation Semiconductor and Sensing Science (IRES²).

**Acting President Akihiro Wakahara** introduced the history of semiconductor integrated circuit research at Toyohashi University of Technology and the University’s educational environment.

The visitors showed great interest in the cleanroom and research facilities during the tour.
