Mr. Soichiro Imaeda, Vice Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, visited our LSI fab on April 1, 2024 and inspected our LSI fab clean room (VBL1F), where he saw our latest sensor research, industry-university collaboration efforts, and research and education on semiconductor technology. They had a lively exchange of opinions with Director Wakahara and other members of the board.
