文部科学大臣政務官がLSI工場を視察されました

 

**Nobuo Yasue, State Minister for Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology**, visited Toyohashi University of Technology on September 3, 2024, and toured the **LSI Factory** of the Institute for Research on Next-generation Semiconductor and Sensing Science (IRES²).

In the LSI Factory cleanroom (VBL 1F), **Director Sawada** introduced the latest sensor research and industry-academia collaboration initiatives at IRES², as well as research and educational activities related to semiconductor technology.

The visit was followed by an active exchange of views and ideas.
