On February 9, 2024, Mr. Kazuyuki Hirata, General Manager of the Electric Product Development Department of Toyota Boshoku Corporation, and four others visited TUAT and toured the LSI fab of our institute.
Director Kazuaki Sawada guided them through the history of semiconductor integrated circuit research at TUAT and its facilities.
　The visitors looked at the clean room, research, and other facilities with great interest.
