文部科学省高等教育局専門教育課 御一行がLSI工場を視察されました

 

A delegation from the Higher Education Bureau, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), visited Toyohashi University of Technology on October 18, 2024, and toured the LSI Factory of the Institute for Research on Next-generation Semiconductor and Sensing Science (IRES²).

In the LSI Factory cleanroom (VBL 1F), Director Sawada explained the latest sensor research and industry-academia collaboration initiatives at IRES², as well as research and educational activities related to semiconductor technology. The visit was followed by an active exchange of views and ideas.
