マレーシアのJit Sin High School 御一行様及び時習館高等学校の生徒がLSI工場を見学されました

On May 28, 2024, a group from Jit Sin High School in Malaysia and students from Jishuukan High School visited Toyohashi University of Technology and toured the LSI Factory of the Institute for Research on Next-generation Semiconductor and Sensing Science (IRES²).

The visitors were guided through the facilities and equipment used for semiconductor integrated circuit research at the University by Mohd Faiz Bin Amin, a second-year doctoral student in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Information Engineering, and Pham Viet Khoa, a first-year doctoral student in the same department.

The visitors showed great interest in the cleanroom and research facilities during the tour.
