Our laboratory was introduced in the Japan Semiconductor Special (December 11, 2024) of The Japan Times.
In the article, Akihiro Wakahara Interim President and Kazuaki Sawada, Director of IRES² and the LSI factory,describe the features of IRES² and the LSI factory, pointing out its uniqueness in that it is fully equipped with integrated circuit production lines and provides an environment that enables consistent practice from design to manufacturing and evaluation. He also mentions that through its interdisciplinary research system, the company promotes the development of new technologies, industry-academia collaboration, and next-generation human resource development to help realize a sustainable and safe society.
