Mr. Yukio Eguchi, Vice Governor of Aichi Prefecture, and five others visited TUAT on February 27, 2024, and toured our LSI fab.
Director Kazuaki Sawada guided them through the history of research on semiconductor integrated circuits and facilities at the institute.
　The visitors looked at the clean room, research, and other facilities with great interest.
