On December 7, 2023, students from Kakegawa Technical High School visited our institute and other research laboratories.
Professor Kazuhiro Takahashi and Associate Professor Young-Jun Choi of the Department of Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering gave the students a tour of the semiconductor integrated circuit facilities and equipment at the LSI fab.
After the tour, students commented, “It was very good to see how semiconductors are made.
