On September 25, 2023, fourth-year students of Toyama National College of Technology visited our university and toured our research facilities, including this institute and other laboratories.
Twenty students visited this institute, and Associate Professor Yongjun Choi of the Department of Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering guided them through the semiconductor integrated circuit facilities and equipment at the LSI fab.
After the tour, students commented, “I thought it was wonderful and fascinating that we have the only semiconductor fabrication equipment in the university. I thought it was fascinating,” were some of the comments from the students after the tour.
