Mr. Hiroki Nakano, Senior Manager of Science & Technology, IBM Tokyo Research Laboratory, and Mr. Shintaro Yamamichi, General Manager of Shinkawasaki Operations, visited IBM Tokyo Research Laboratory on July 6 in conjunction with the Prestige Lectures special lecture to be held at the university.
They were guided by Mr. Kazuaki Sawada, Director of the Institute, and had a look at our semiconductor integrated circuit and sensor research activities and facilities (LSI fab).
