　Toyohashi University of Technology OPEN CAMPUS2023 will be held on Friday, August 26, 2023 at the local campus and online. On site, the Institute for Research on Next-generation Semiconductor and Sensing Science (formerly the Advanced Integration Laboratories for Electronics) and LSI fab will be open to the public (advance registration required). High school students and technical college students who are considering entering TUAT are invited to take this opportunity to visit the LSI fab, which is one of a kind in the world and is operated by a university.

The following events are available for LSI fab tours (advance registration required)

　Open House [LSI fab] LSI fab 10:00/11:00/14:00
The LSI fab will be open to the public at 10:00, 11:00 and 14:00.

In the afternoon of the same day, the University of Technology Tech Festival (special site), an event for local residents, will be held at the same time.

The event, which allows visitors to tour the LSI fab (pre-registration required), includes the following events
　Facility Introduction Tour (VBL) 13:00/15:00
