Regulations

Guidelines / Terms and Conditions (in Japanese)

Notes

In accordance with the policies of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), when using the “Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology in Japan (ARIM),” users are required to agree to the publication of the “Project Title” at the time of application and are obligated to submit a “Usage Report” by the end of the fiscal year.

Submitted Usage Reports will be made public on the web and deposited in the National Diet Library. However, if a delay in publication is necessary for reasons such as the protection of intellectual property rights, the publication date may be postponed for up to two years upon consultation with the user.

Furthermore, for projects that are not suitable for public disclosure in a Usage Report, we may be able to accommodate them under a separate framework as the university’s independent operation, outside of “ARIM.” Please feel free to consult with us.
